Action Rain Gutters Estimate Form.
Tips:
1. Please make sure you enter the job-site location in the address box.
2. Gutter, Tear-off and Gutter Guard totals are measured by linear feet, not the square footage of your home.
3. 2-Story downspouts that drain to lower story roof are considered 1-Story downspouts.
4. 90% of the homes in Central California use a 5-1/4 inch fascia seamless gutter with 2 x 3 Corrugated Downspouts made out of aluminum as a replacement rain gutter.
General Information and Roof Details
Start Date: A general estimate of when you would like work to begin.
Stories: How many stories is the building.
Roof Type: Select the type of roof materials installed.
Roof Pitch: Using the picture below, select the pitch that best describes the building you wish to have gutters installed on.
Existing Gutters:
If your old gutters are still installed on your home and you wish for us to remove them and haul them away, enter the total footage. Normally this would be the same number as the total new gutter footage.
Gutter Footage:
Total linear feet of new gutters to be installed. If you are unsure how many feet you will need, there are a few simple ways to come up with a pretty accurate number. Walk around the outside of your home where you want new gutters installed and look up under the eves then count all the rafter tails and multiple this number by 2. Rafter tails are the boards that come from the peak of your roof and end at the fascia boards or the gutter. This is where the gutter is attached too. See pictures below.
